Your inquiry

The form asks for your name, email, business name, selected service, message, and agreement to this notice. These details are used to review and respond to your inquiry. Submitting does not sign you up for marketing.

Please leave out passwords, confidential documents, financial details, and sensitive personal or customer information.

Hosting and security

The website is built for Vercel hosting and Google Firebase storage. When the contact form is configured, agreeing to this notice and submitting starts a Firebase App Check and Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise security check. Google may process device and browser information to help prevent abuse. Hosting providers may also process request information in operational logs.

Website analytics

Google Analytics runs automatically on the production website. It measures visits, engagement, section views, clicks, solution choices, FAQ opens, and form starts and outcomes. Google may process browser, device, approximate location, and cookie identifiers.

The website’s custom tracking does not send form answers. It removes query strings and fragments from page addresses and limits referral information to the referring website’s origin. Advertising personalization and Google signals are disabled in the integration.

You can stop analytics in this browser below. Existing opt-outs and browser Global Privacy Control signals are respected. A stored opt-out lasts up to 180 days; analytics cookies are also configured to expire after 180 days. If browser storage is unavailable, the opt-out applies to the open tab. Stopping analytics removes this website’s analytics cookies and stops further tracking. It does not delete data already received by Google or affect the contact form.

Retention and access

Inquiry records are marked for deletion after 90 days. Automatic deletion depends on the company enabling the database’s deletion policy and does not happen immediately at the deadline. Abuse-prevention records use keyed hashes of email and IP addresses and are marked for deletion after 24 hours. Raw IP addresses are not stored in inquiry records.

The browser cannot access inquiry records directly. Backend and administration access must be limited to authorized company personnel. Analytics retention is managed separately in the Google Analytics account.
